Description
This variety is similar to ‘Wedgewood Blue’ but has larger flowers. Iridescent lavender buds open to large, single periwinkle florets with a darker blue throat. Flowers are lightly scented.

Harvesting/Vase Life
Harvest when one-half to three-quarters of the flowers on the bloom cluster are open and immediately remove most or all of the leaves. Using heavy clippers, recut the stem ends, slice vertically up the stem 2 to 3 inches (5 to 8 cm), and twist backward. Plunge the cut stems immediately into cool water. You can also use Quick Dip and then place stems into water with hydrator. Expect a vase life of 5 to 6 days.
