Description
These beautiful, soft pinky-peach blooms have a pale lavender wash, making for very unique coloring. The petal tips are laciniated, giving them a feathery and fringed quality. They are great for arranging with and designers would love them. The small plants would be suitable for containers and are very early to flower.
Harvesting/Vase Life
Harvest individual stems when the flowers are one-half to two-thirds open. For spray varieties, harvest when one-quarter of the flowers on a stem have opened. Chrysanthemums are notorious for making their water murky. To combat this and extend their vase life, add a few drops of bleach to the water. Expect a vase life of more than 2 weeks with floral preservative.
