Description
Buds start off a pale champagne, and as blooms open they become the color of fresh milk. The large, full flowers have a pretty standard appearance. Stocky plants are medium in size and could be good in containers. This variety is one of the first to bloom.
Harvesting/Vase Life
Harvest individual stems when the flowers are one-half to two-thirds open. For spray varieties, harvest when one-quarter of the flowers on a stem have opened. Chrysanthemums are notorious for making their water murky. To combat this and extend their vase life, add a few drops of bleach to the water. Expect a vase life of more than 2 weeks with floral preservative.
