This mix of orange, carmine, and cherry adds a vibrant bright pop of color to any summer arrangement and is especially striking when combined with dahlias. Adorable button-like blooms can be used both fresh and dried. Globe amaranth thrives in the heat and is especially hardworking—the more you cut it, the more it blooms.

Harvest when the flowers have colored up and stems are firm. Expect a vase life of 14 days or more. To dry flowers, let them open completely and hang upside down in a warm, dark place for a few weeks.
