This variety might be one of the most beautiful lilacs on the farm! Plants are very vigorous, with large blooms. Lavender-purple buds open to icy blue-lavender double flowers with wavy petals. Blooms have a slightly windswept look and a wonderful sweet scent.

Harvesting/Vase Life
Harvest when one-half to three-quarters of the flowers on the bloom cluster are open and immediately remove most or all of the leaves. Using heavy clippers, recut the stem ends, slice vertically up the stem 2 to 3 inches (5 to 8 cm), and twist backward. Plunge the cut stems immediately into cool water. You can also use Quick Dip and then place stems into water with hydrator. Expect a vase life of 5 to 6 days.
